Stay hydrated (and caffeinated). Yes, this is our number one - isn't it everyone's? Aside from the much needed caffeine, it's important to stay hydrated so that you can keep moving throughout your day! Lack of hydration is known to induce headaches, fatigue and even increase stress levels. These are things we're already battling through on Mondays and we have no time for increased stress so get your water bottle already!!
Plan out your days. We always talk about the power of organization and setting a routine or schedule to help you focus on what's important. We find that we always start strong with motivation at the beginning of the week but that might vary throughout. If you plan out your week around your whole life, not just work, you'll be able to schedule in some much needed "me" time which brings us to our next top tip.
Take time for yourself. Mondays can be extremely overwhelming with your long to do list only building up day-by-day throughout the week. Remember that Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was a completed to do list. Tackle what you can, stay motivated and optimistic throughout, but never apologize for taking time for yourself.
