Today we want to highlight our top 3 ways to nurture your brain during isolation. Motivation and inspiration are some of the things that we worry about falling during these times. To our delightful surprise, we have seen the exact opposite within the last couple of weeks. Keep that creative mind going and check out these awesome activities to keep that mindset where you want it!
1. Duolingo. Have you ever wanted to learn a language but didn't have the time or ability to be consistent due to your regular schedule? These times can be strange, but can also give us the opportunity to dive in deep to things we may normally put off. Duolingo is a great app to brush up on any language you desire and the best part is, you get to decide how long your lessons are each day! Complete milestones and tasks to unlock new features and courses that are sure to put you on the right track to bilingualism!
2. YouTube. During this time, streaming platforms have seen a ridiculous increase in usage. We're all home and looking for some entertainment, so why don't we change our views on that and learn something while we're at it! YouTube has many great channels but some of our faves for brushing up your skills go to Bon Appétit, for the foodies, and Photoshop Tutorials, for the graphic lovers!
3. Masterclass. Learn from the experts! Masterclass is an amazing online tool that let's you deep dive into multiple different industries and skills. By now, you've probably seen their social ad going around with the extremely talented, Natalie Portman, showing off her acting skills. You don't have to be a performer to benefit from these Masterclasses! Tune in to sessions on business, wellness, technology and really, anything you can imagine! There's an expert out there ready to show their stuff!
